Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do WITH their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom. Moms Night Out, playgroups, book clubs, family events, charitable events, and more are offered depending on your interests! FITMOM Chula Vista offers Personal Training! We have contracted with a nationally certified personal trainer who also have at least one FIT4MOM certification. We offer personal training to the pre-post natal client and to moms at any stage of motherhood.
Michele will work with you to reach your personal goals at the location and time that works best for you. Can't get a sitter? No problem! Bring your baby along in the stroller.
